The Urban Youth Empowerment Program is a youth career preparation program rooted in work activities. It is a comprehensive workforce development initiative to re-connect “high-risk” out-of-school and/or adjudicated 18-21 year old youth with education through employment. The program, along with our partners, delivers the academic, career exploration and personal development acumen that are prerequisites to launching successful careers.
